Reservations and payment

Request a booking online or by calling 951-337-8976. Once your reservation is accepted, your time slot is held for 14 days while you confirm with payment. A $50 deposit, payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, confirms your booking. Other payment arrangements may be possible if mutually agreed.

Final payment and cancellations

A valid credit or debit card guarantees your booking. Payment is due 14 days before your event unless other arrangements have been made. A $50 cancellation fee applies to parties or events canceled within 48 hours of the event date.

Military and first responder discount

Active-duty military, reservists, National Guard members, veterans and retirees of the U.S. Armed Forces, and current or retired law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics receive 10% off the party price, including added hours. The eligible person must be the one booking or the parent or guardian of the guest of honor, and must show a valid ID to the Game Sergeant on the day of the event. The discount comes off the final balance; it does not apply to travel surcharges and can’t be combined with other offers. Full details.

Travel surcharge

A modest travel surcharge may apply for locations more than 20 miles from the 92582 ZIP code.

Waivers

Every participant must have a signed waiver before playing. Participants under 18 need the signature of a parent or legal guardian. Your Game Sergeant collects waivers before the event starts.

Indoor or outdoor

We come to you and set up indoors or outdoors. We can work with a space of almost any size, and recommend one where players can hide.

Playing surface

Playing surfaces must be dry and clear of debris. Grass is best; tile, concrete and asphalt are also playable. Our gear is safe, but Triple O Lazer Tag is not responsible for injuries.

Face paint

Each player gets a tagger, sensors and a tactical vest. Face paint isn't allowed because it can damage the gear, and Game Sergeants may disqualify players who don't follow this rule.

Weather

We can play in light rain or cold as long as the ground is safe. Moderate to heavy rain, lightning or high winds may require rescheduling; we'll work with you on options.
